🔭 Your Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the International Public Affairs & Launch Strategy Lead is a key role in the growth of RIDE!, managing our strategic relations with Space Agencies, Governments, International Space Institutions & Launch Providers.
The International Public Affairs & Launch Strategy Lead is representing RIDE! at key events, developing and animating our strategic network and maintaining our excellent relations with Launch Providers enabling “Off the market” launches and price preferences.
🛰 You will be responsible of the following missions
The International Public Affairs & Launch Strategy Lead is of our international presence and relationships with Key partners. The mission includes:
- Managing institutional relationships and maintaining presence with decision-making departments in key markets (Space Agencies, Government, Public Authorities, Institutions)
- Negotiating and structuring key partnerships and engaging with strategic industry networks (Syndication, Consortium, Space Association, Clusters)
- Integrate RIDE! into major programs and ITTs from these Institutions
- Development of Strategic Relationships with Launch Providers & OTVs
- Ensure operational and informational excellence within RIDE! regarding each launch provider.
- Negotiate preferential commercial terms and ensure launch requests are met under optimal conditions.
- Enhancing RIDE!’s branding and Media Presence in collaboration with our Marketing department like panel discussions or public events.
- Actively contribute to the 2026-2029 strategic roadmap.
⭐ Profile Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering or International Affairs/ Business
with specialization in space policy.
2 to 5 years of industry experience, in a launch company, satellite integrator or space
institution.
Previous contact with institutions.
Strategic thinking and ability to
connect the dots” in a complex ecosystem.
Negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication (written and oral) - especially for interfacing with customers,
institutions, and C-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with Regulatory topics, Institutional funding mechanisms.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere.
Professional in French & English is a must have.
